Welcome to The Harbor on Fisherman Bay Maintenance Corporation (HMC) official information site. Commonly referred to as Whiskey Hill, HMC is an enclave of private residences on Lopez Island, Washington.

Located on a hill overlooking Fisherman Bay, Whiskey Hill provides a setting for a
relaxed lifestyle and yet offers a degree of privacy that the residents both value and enjoy.

This is the official site of the HMC Homeowners Association. The site aims to provide
a digital avenue through which the residents may obtain official information about our
organization policies and announcements.
